I was renting an apartment from 2023 to December 2024. Before moving out, I cleaned the apartment but I didn't take any photos. After I moved out, my Landlord told me to meet with her son to give him the keys, We inspected the apartment so he would see everything was in good condition. Two weeks later, I reminded my Landlord about the deposit by text, which she ignored. Another week later, I wrote her again, and she replied that the apartment was in poor condition but didn't elaborate. Now, two months later, she says I must pay her for her apartment renovations because "the floor was damaged".
