Czy taka klauzula w umiwie miedzy dwoma podmiotami zarejestrowanymi i dzialajacymi na terenie RP bedzie wazna? 14. Governing Law and Arbitration This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Poland. Any dispute, disagreement or question arising out of and in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to Arbitration in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. In the event of there being any proceedings before the Court, jurisdiction shall be vested with the Courts of Poland.
